Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit printandlearnkids.com ("Print and Learn Kids", "we", "us" or "our"), how it is used, and the choices you have. By using our website you agree to this policy.

Who our website is for

Our worksheets are made for young children, but our website is intended for use by parents, guardians and teachers, who download and print the worksheets. Children should use our worksheets with an adult.

Information we collect

We do not ask you for personal information. You do not need to create an account, sign up or give an email address to download any worksheet.

Like most websites, some information is collected automatically when you visit, for example:

  • your browser type, device type and operating system;
  • the pages you visit and the worksheets you download;
  • the website that referred you to us;
  • your IP address and approximate location (such as country or city);
  • the date and time of your visit.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and do not add you to any mailing list.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, to understand how it is used, and to show and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the site may not work as expected.

Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to show ads on our website. Advertising keeps our worksheets free.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
  • You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info or www.youronlinechoices.eu (for visitors in Europe).

Other third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads on our site through Google's advertising platform. You can see the list of these companies, with links to their websites and privacy policies, on Google's Ad technology providers page. Where they offer it, you can opt out of their use of cookies for personalized ads on their own websites or at www.aboutads.info.

To learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Child-friendly ads. Because our worksheets are for young children, we limit the ads shown on our site to non-personalized ads, and we block sensitive ad categories that are not suitable for families.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which worksheets are popular. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information in an aggregated form that does not directly identify you. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland

If you visit from the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will see a consent message when you first arrive. You can choose whether to allow cookies for advertising and measurement, and you can change your choice at any time using the privacy settings link shown on the site. Where we rely on consent, we only use those cookies after you agree. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Visitors in the United States

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Some US state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), treat certain advertising cookies as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time using the links in the Advertising section above. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to know what information is collected about you and to ask for it to be deleted. To make a request, email us at hello@printandlearnkids.com.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). Our website does not have accounts, comments, chat or any feature that asks children to share information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please email hello@printandlearnkids.com and we will delete it promptly.

Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their privacy policies.

Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. Emails sent to us are kept only as long as needed to answer your question. Information collected by our advertising and analytics partners is kept according to their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
